At Vertical Edge Marketing, LLC, we pride ourselves on our open and transparent communications with our clients. It’s this collaboration that our clients keep coming back to work with us!
For our clients, we follow the outlined process below, so that you receive the highest caliber product to successfully help your business grow.
Step 1
When you’re ready to start a new project, we kick it off with a meeting (by phone or video chat) to go over the project details including scope, audience, deadline, and discuss any other materials needed to complete the project. We ask questions to help us understand your needs and develop a project tailored to your requirements.
Step 2
After we discuss the project in detail, we send a project estimate to review and agree to prior to starting work. This helps both us, as well as you, confirm all of the information and details are captured and we’re all on the same page.
Step 3
We start working our magic! We begin drafts based on the project requirements and keep you updated with communications along the way. Once we have a draft complete, we share that with you, so we can get your feedback and edits.
Step 4
We implement any edits based on your feedback and finalize your project! Upon completion, we share the final files with you.
Pricing
Our pricing is dependent on project size and deadline timing. This is why we create and share a project estimate with our clients so there are no surprises in our pricing.
We typically work on an hourly rate, but can also work on a project rate if needed.
Additional rush fees are applicable for last minute (24 hours or less) requests.
